The contest is an opportunity for every Commish to introduce themselves
to the sports industry through their innovative ideas and
their will to make things happen. Applications are open for candidates
who were born between 1994 and 1999.

After they decide a preferred field of play, every Commish is required
to submit a project – in English language –in which they will research
sports business’ best practices globally, understanding the key factors
to their success before presenting their own innovative idea
for the betterment of the Italian basketball landascape.

The goal is to propose solutions that can add value to the basketball
industry in Italy, in terms of media awareness, fan experience,
marketing opportunities, or data-based development.

To take part in the contest and challenge yourself is the first step
to embrace the Commish mindset, where actions mean
more than words all the time.

We will provide a detailed feedback to every applicant, but talent
always need to be rewarded. The Commish whose work will have
the best balance between innovation and feasibility,
will win a trip to Vegas in July to experience the NBA Summer League,
earning the chance to expand his/her knowledge while
building a relevant network.
